Welcome to the Glens at Greendale Village, a deed-restricted community in Lexington, Kentucky!

We are located on Greendale Road just outside Citation Boulevard. Our location provides easy access to downtown Lexington via Georgetown and Leestown Roads and convenient proximity to I-75 and I-64.

Our Homeowners Association (HOA) works to keep our neighborhood looking great, running smoothly, and holding its long-term value. Run by neighbors for neighbors, the HOA pools our shared dues so we can take care of community spaces that no single household could manage alone.

Most of our community budget goes straight into maintaining shared property. This includes regular mowing and landscaping at the front entrance, keeping the borders along Greendale Road neat and welcoming, and maintaining the two open lots that manage stormwater runoff.

An HOA works best when neighbors get involved. By joining meetings, voting on neighborhood decisions, or sharing ideas, you help decide how our budget is spent and what kind of neighborhood we build together.
