Location
The Glens at Greendale Village is located in the Second District of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. It is located off of Greendale Road just ouside of Citation Boulevard.
City Services
We are located in a full-service tax district, which means the city provides all the upkeep for roads, maintenance of streetlights, street cleaning, and trash, recycling, and composting services.
City trash, recycling, and yard waste collection occurs weekly on Thursdays. If the collection falls on a city holiday the pickup will be rescheduled for another day that week.
For more information on services provided by the City of Lexington visit the City Services page.
Deed of Restrictions
In order to maintain a safe, clean, attractive neighborhood, maintain curb appeal, and protect homeowners’ property values, the Glens at Greendale Village is a deed-restricted community.
Deed restrictions are written agreements that restrict, or limit the use or activities that may take place on property in a subdivision. These restrictions appear in the real property records of the county in which the property is located. They are private agreements and are binding upon every owner in a subdivision. All property owners become a party to these agreements when they purchase property in deed restricted areas.
To read the deeds of restrictions and other related documents see the Documents page.
Homeowner Association
The Glens at Greendale Village Homeowner Association serves the neighborhood by organizing community events, maintaining common areas, and ensuring fair implementation of the Deed of Restrictions. Association dues are $135 per year, assessed on the first of January.
The Association is professionally managed by Fayette Property Management.
For HOA forms and governing documents see the Documents page.
